Irean Swan is a sophisticated attorney who represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal court. Leveraging her extensive civil litigation experience, Ms. Swan develops tailored strategies and solutions to secure favorable results for her clients. She has successfully litigated and resolved high-stakes cases in state and federal court involving intellectual property disputes, trade secret misappropriation, commercial disputes, and allegations of lawyer malpractice and ethics violations.
Ms. Swan earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego. She is a first generation Chinese-American and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She is also a member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, the Lawyers Club of San Diego, the Legal Ethics Committee of the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA), and the San Diego Defense Lawyers (SDDL).
