Madison Kneadler

Madison Kneadler is an attorney at Rosing Pott & Strohbehn, where her practice focuses on professional liability, complex business litigation, and white-collar criminal defense. She primarily represents attorneys and law firms in legal malpractice actions, individuals and businesses in commercial disputes, and clients facing criminal or quasi-criminal proceedings. She also defends professional licenses before the State Bar of California and medical boards. Understanding her clients’ unique needs and goals, Ms. Kneadler provides strategic counsel and vigorous advocacy in both state and federal courts, skillfully navigating complex procedural and substantive issues to protect her clients’ interests.

Ms. Kneadler earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude, ranked in the top 5% of her class, and received six Academic Excellence Awards for achieving the highest grade in her courses. During law school, she interned with the California Innocence Project, an organization dedicated to exonerating the wrongfully convicted, training future lawyers, and reforming California’s laws and policies. She also clerked at a mid-size law firm, gaining experience in professional liability and business litigation before joining the firm as an associate.

Before law school, Ms. Kneadler graduated cum laude from Central Washington University with dual bachelor’s degrees in law and psychology. While there, she co-authored a publication that sought to identify the manifest and latent functions of the current justice system and proposed solutions to reform it.

When not at the office, Ms. Kneadler enjoys exploring San Diego breweries, CrossFit, and spending time with her husband and their Yorkipoo.
